The moment I mentioned opening a dispute with my bank, they never even tried to ship—they just automatically refunded me right away. To me, they never had the intention to fulfill the order.
Customer: I want to know why my order tracking hasn't moved for a week after you explicitly told me it was picked up days ago. This is the third time this has happened where I've purchased something and it vanishes into thin air.
