UB40 bassist Earl Hawker has been banned from operative companies for foursome years

The bassist of 1980s reggae banding UB40 has been banned from running game companies for quadruplet long time afterward a bust-up over clerking.

Earl Falconer was secured because his company Innate reflex Recordings sold £252,980 of assets when it was insolvent and memek didn't within reason carve up the issue with creditors.

The group's occupation coach David Dorothy Rothschild Parker and swain managing director Lanval Storrod were handed 11-class and four-class bans severally. 

It is silent two early ex-ring members were among the creditors.
