Internet Status: Disconnected?

Resetting the Wi-Fi configuration of Monument will reconnect the device back to Monument. Uploading will continue as normal once reconnected. When a device is disconnected from Monument, there is a red indicator next to  Settings and the Connection Status is Disconnected. If there is an credential loop in Microsoft 365 upload in progress it will also be paused.

Troubleshooting WiFi Connection Issues on Windows PC

I'm sorry you are having trouble with your internet. Unplug the power cord on the modem and the router. Leave off for about 3 minutes and then plug the modem back only. Let the modem boot up and make sure the Fix Outlook Not Opening After Windows Update internet light is lit up on the modem. After that plug the router in and let it boot up.
