I am sharing my experience as a cautionary tale for anyone shopping online. My initial transactions with this company were great—I had
bought two hats fast shipped
. But things went sideways quickly on my third purchase, turning what should have been an easy click into a frustrating chase. I bought another hat they mistakenly forgot to put sold out on the hat. I waited several days for confirmation, and when it didn't arrive, I felt compelled to call and find out why, realizing I had purchased an item that was never actually available. This process failure and inventory error were incredibly frustrating, compelling me to reach out immediately to resolve this oversight.
