The bassist of 1980s reggae stripe UB40 has been banned from operative companies for quadruplet days afterward a bust-up complete clerking.

Earl Falconer was barred because his fellowship Automatic Recordings sold £252,980 of assets when it was insolvent and didn't moderately separate the yield with creditors.

The group's patronage handler Jacques Louis David Parker and associate theater director Lanval Storrod were handed 11-class and four-twelvemonth bans severally. 

It is understood two early ex-dance band members were among the creditors.
