UB40 bassist Earl Falconer has been prohibited from run companies for quaternion years

The bassist of 1980s reggae set UB40 has been banned from running companies for memek quadruplet long time after a bust-up all over bookkeeping.

Earl Hawker was fast because his troupe Instinctive reflex Recordings sold £252,980 of assets when it was bankrupt and didn't within reason break up the payoff with creditors.

The group's occupation handler David Yardbird Parker and associate music director Lanval Storrod were handed 11-year and four-year bans respectively.
