Vibration and noise are common symptoms of operational issues in axial fans, signaling reduced efficiency, premature wear, and potential structural failure[1][10]. One of the most common causes of excessive vibration is a state of impeller unbalance, where a buildup of dirt, dust, or material on the blades or minor physical damage to a blade tip shifts the impeller's center of mass[1].
